Performs a wide range of services and repairs on vehicles brought into the collision shop. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and expertise in general automotive repair.

Prepares vehicles for painting, performs minor repairs, and applies paint finishes to achieve flawless results. Experience in automotive painting / general painting, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.  

Specializes in repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, both structurally and cosmetically.  Assesses damage, removes and replaces parts, and ensures all repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Ensures repaired vehicles leaving the facility are impeccably clean and polished, both inside and out. Attention to detail and passion for automobiles will contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Obtains necessary parts and materials in a timely manner and efficiently distributes them to the appropriate departments, which ensures vehicles move from department to department in a timely manner. 

Serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and facilitating the insurance claims process. Exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

Responsible for assisting customers by answering inquires, resolving issues, and providing information about the collision repair process.  Requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to ensure a positive customer experience.
